We aim at all times to have correct product information on the page and will always notify you if a product has changed or is unavailable.
For our bespoke service, the product you receive is based on the picture you see but of course you can choose your fabric colour, leg option etc. if you wish..
Our local area for our in-house deliveries is from Gandia to Alicante and with this service we will also assemble your bed and take away the old one if required. For other areas we will use a transport company however this service does not include assembly and removal of an old bed and delivery may only be to your front door.
We will send you an email on the day of dispatch, your goods will be delivered on a weekday (excludes weekends and Bank holidays). Goods should arrive between 8am and 7pm, please ensure that you are available to take the delivery and sign for the goods (Please note that outside our local area we can only deliver beds to ground floor). If you are not in, the courier will leave you a card with their contact details so you can arrange a suitable delivery date.
When you place your order you will be given the option to collect from our shop.
We will re-stock all items that are available to us from our suppliers. If an item is discontinued, we will contact you with an alternative and let you decide if you want to continue with the purchase.
At the moment we ship nationally but please do ask us if you require your delivery outside Spain and we will quote for shipping on an individual basis.
